GAURAV GULATI,  FOUNDER & CEO

Mr. Gulati has over 15 years of experience in distribution, retail, consumer packaged goods, and real estate industry. Mr. Gulati advises prominent ultra high net worth families on strategic real estate initiatives and investments across regions in India. Mr. Gulati manages the real estate investment and development initiatives for NewGrowth alongside his key international development partners.  

Mr. Gulati has closely worked with and represented QVC Realty Co. Pvt. Ltd., a majority IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd. funded real estate development company, in managing existing projects as well as evaluating new business initiatives. Mr. Gulati was the CEO & Director of Moonbeam Capital where he conceptualized and executed the company's entry into real estate private and direct equity investments. During his time at Moonbeam, Mr. Gulati established key real-estate industry relationships and partnerships for establishing a SEBI registered domestic real estate funding vehicle and created one of India's first HNI investment platforms for direct equity investments into real estate projects across key markets in India.�

Mr. Gulati has spent his formative years living in India, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Argentina, and the United States. Mr. Gulati is on the Board of Governors of IILM Institute for Business & Management.   He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois in Chicago and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

SUMIT CHATTERJEE,  EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & COO

Mr. Chatterjee has over 20 years of functional, operational, and strategic finance experience with leading MNCs working across India and the US.  In 2008,  Mr. Chatterjee was pivotal in launching a real estate brand in Gurgaon which under his leadership grew to over $400MM is pre-sales with strong processes, compliance, and technology framework. Mr. Chatterjee has strong domain experience in real estate development management, sales, marketing and CRM in addition to Finance.

Mr. Chatterjee is a Chartered Accountant and earned his Bachelors in Commerce with Honors inAdvance Accounting from St. Xavier's College, University of Calcutta.  Mr. Chatterjee has also attended the executive management program on real estate at the Harvard Business School.
